This meeting was different. Not only did it share our successes but it was very motivating on how we could be better as a team, as a family. I'm so proud to be apart of a company like us and the future looks so bright for a lot of us!
We had an inspirational speaker from Ted Talks talking about a different perspective and a different mindset when it comes to our relationships to our client relationships. Telling us there's many ways to make more personalable and creating that trust with our clients. Basically, being more engaging and remembering the details. The little things we remember to the thoughtful things we do, can help us create those relationships.
Manny, the barber from V76
Meetings for a stylist, are always about either creating or bettering our craft or reinspiring our imaginations to create more and having no limits. Manny, a chill intelligent proffessional that definitely knows quality service as a barber. From using different verbage when talking about different fade lengths or hairline placements, a lot of his information was useful. Especially when giving higher quality service to a customer that normally goes to a barbershop. Also, he was very encouraging when it comes to trying new things and new tools. To me, that's how you know they're a great artist-is when they let you know there's no right or wrong answer.
SWAG Bags
Good music, delicious food, good vibes and of course leaving with a SWAG Bag was great. I'm not sure about getting Botox or a filler on my face but I can never say no to shampoo!
